PS this is me too lol.

Hi. I am looking for information from other Hughes Net customers. I am curious about whether you have tried to cancel your service and/or been sued by Hughes Net. I have begun to have substantial problems with my service, but my options are extremely limited. Thanks.

If you check the Hughes Net Category, A LOT of people have these issues all the time, Just check the comments. No i haven’t been sued, Nor will i be, If they even so much as try, I have such a case against them they will shut down forever. But Down to the options, You ultimately have 2, Dial up or Moving, Unfortunately moving is the one i chose, After having Dial up for months, I cant stand it.

Dear Friends:

We, too, have encountered such a problem with Hughes.Net that we simply have to drop this service and go on to another. The satellite system we purchased was $4,500.00 and it’s been horrible from the start -but the issues with Hughes themselves over the last 10 days have been unbelievable.

It’s the research I’ve begun to compile that bothers me: hundreds — no thousands — of complaints are beginning to surface.

I urge all of you: contact the FCC the FTC and the office of the Attorney General in each of these states and FAX THESE INTERNET REPORTS to them asking why — with such an obvious history of abuse — this company is not being investigated!

Most of us simply can’t continue to allow such shoddy customer service issues to continue and a class action suit against these people needs to be filed.

Further, please write support@consumerdefense.info They’re interested in compiling enough evidence to secure an attorney expressly for this purpose.

Hope I’ve helped…

Hi I just bought a Hp P2015dn I have a 8 port Linksys router.

How do I configure the router and printer to use a static Ip adress.

Hello Max! If you install the printer on your computer, No matter the IP on either, the computer should automatically find the new IP for the printer. I had not used my network printer in months, and hooked it up one day on a whole new router and the computer still found it with no problems at all. Thanks
